Sarah established SLT Executive Coaching in 2017 and is a qualified Executive Coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching. She works across industries with individuals and teams, specialising in leadership development, career transition and women returners. Her 20 year background in independent consultancy, business development and training have provided her with a strong insight into the challenges, opportunities and requirements faced by organisations, as well as how executive coaching can effectively help individuals and teams to develop, grow and meet these needs. Sarah is a strong advocate of a flexible workplace to enable parents to balance work and family life.
Sarah is also Director of the Cityparents Mentoring Scheme and an Associate Coach for the MTPT Project.
Sarah’s coaching particularly helps people to navigate the following stages of their careers:
• leadership development
• parental leave
• extended career break return
• later ‘third’ stage careers

She believes that flexible working environments can enable individuals to flourish and manage the various stages of their careers, whilst also benefiting firms that increasingly need to make the most of the talent pool available to them, irrespective of gender, or age.

I feel lucky to have worked with Sarah and…our sessions have allowed me to leave work for maternity leave feeling more prepared and confident.
Sarah really helped me during a crucial point in my career where I was at a crossroads for the first time in many years.
Sarah helped me to develop a new way of thinking and working that will stay with me for a long time.
Coaching helped me reflect and become more self-aware on the leadership qualities I already practiced day to day. This in turn boosted my confidence.
